Build Step 1: Create Groups/Teams

Teams were NOT copied over from the previous school year due to the changes made to the course deck.  ES Master Scheduling staff will need to create teams.

Adding a new Group/Team:

  1. Select the next school year from the drop-down menu. (Remember to change the year back when completing current year tasks).

  2. On the Index tab, Click Scheduling > Scheduling Group.

  3. A list of your current Scheduling Groups will appear.

  4. Click New to add a new group. The format should be: Section Number – Teacher Last Name – Room Number. (01-Gilbert-9)

If you do not know the name of the teacher for next year, use ‘Vacant’ as a place holder. You can edit this text later when the teacher is assigned.
