Trainings will be held via Zoom and in-person at the Central Enrollment Computer Lab as noted.
Everyone is welcome to attend any session below (more than once if you wish). Below is our recommended course list based on years of experience with Master Scheduling.

Master Scheduling Overview
This is a 1-hour training for those new to Master Scheduling, or new to the process in Infinite Campus
In this course we will outline the entire master scheduling process in preparation for the remainder of the training courses.

Course/Section Setup
This is a 2-hour training to understand the process setting up courses & sections
We will cover:
Adding new courses to your course deck
Removing unused courses
Adding new sections / Removing unused sections
Assigning teachers, rooms, terms & periods
Considerations for Special Education Students (Guidance Document from Specialized Instruction & Inclusion team here)
Run reports to determine what you offered last year to help plan for next year

Requests & Rosters
This is a 1.5-hour training to understand how to use the new Requests & Rosters tool
We will cover:
Add or remove course requests based on a scheduling team, an Ad hoc filter, existing requests, or from previous section rosters.
Copy section rosters from one course to another course.
Manually build section rosters for specific courses or grade levels or groups of students. Add or remove students from a section.
Update the Start and/or End Date for all students in a course section.

Scheduling Board
This is a 2-hour training to understand how to use the Schedule Board (formerly known as the Schedule Wizard) to load students into your master schedule

Overview of the different screens and menus
Scheduling Rules
Loading & Unloading students into your schedule
Adding new sections / Removing unused sections
Updating teachers, rooms, & section numbers
Running reports to check progress
