  1. Can I access my paycheck from home?
    1. Yes, you can view paycheck at Columbus.munisselfservice.com
  2. I need to change my Direct Deposit information, who do I call?
    1. Payroll Department at 6440
  3. Can I use a password I used previously for my ESS?
    1. No, passwords should be unique and not be the same as a previously used password.
  4. When trying to change my ESS password, the system tells me it is unacceptable. What are the password requirements?
    1. Passwords must contain; 1 Capital letter, 1 number and a total of at least 8 characters.
  5. I recently had my ESS password reset, what is my current password?
    1. 12345678
  6. How often do I need to change my ESS (Employee Self Service) password?
    1. ESS passwords prompt you to change every 60 days.
  7. I cannot log into ESS. How should I proceed from here?
    1. Verify that the user name is the employee ID number. If this is the case, the password may need reset. Selecting the reset password option will send a link to the email address associated with the account. If for some reason this email wasn't sent or can't be accessed contact the help desk to have the password reset.
