  1. I need a Ethernet drop in my room
    1. Go to the intranet site towards  the bottom is a link for information technology
    2. Under forms is a link for cabling and telco request form
    3. Print and fill out this form and give request to your Administrator
  2. How do I reconfigure my voicemail password?
    1. Call the helpdesk so a ticket is redirected to Data communications dept.
  3. I need to have a phone\fax line added; how do I do that?
    1. From the CCS Intranet Page, scroll to the area titled Resource Centers. Click to select the Information Technology page. Scroll down to the section titled Forms. Click on the Cabling and Telco Request Form.
  4. I have recently changed rooms/desks. How can I have my voicemail reset and/or extension moved?
    1. Contact the help desk to have a ticket opened to the Telephone group.
