Create an Account
Each parent / guardian of a Columbus City School student must create their own account to access the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. Once activated, all CCS students assigned to that parent / guardian will be accessible. Student accounts are automatically created upon enrollment.
If you have any questions regarding the Infinite Campus Parent Portal, email a picture of your photo ID, your student’s name, date of birth, and name of the school they attend to parentportal@columbus.k12.oh.us.
Step 1: Obtain Your Activation Key
To create an account, you will need your 32-digit activation key found on the Parent Portal letter.
Parents/guardians will receive their Parent Portal letter in an email from an enrollment specialist after the enrollment process is complete.
If you do not have your Parent Portal letter/activation key, you can request it by emailing a picture of the parent/guardian’s official photo ID (driver’s license, passport etc.), student’s name, date of birth and name of school they attend to parentportal@columbus.k12.oh.us.
