Using the report from Zoom for the day, mark students present that attended the Zoom meeting. |
Browse to Index > Attendance > Attendance Wizard
Select the appropriate date
Choose Batch Edit
Click Search
Using the Zoom Participant Report, click on each student’s name that was present in the Zoom meeting to move them to box C, as shown below
When you have finished selecting all students that were present in the meeting, go to the Batch Edit section of the Attendance Wizard
Select CLEAR THIS PERIOD from the drop-list for the first period
Click Fill Down to populate this code in all periods
Click Save Attendance
When this is completed, students that you had previously marked with UNX will now be present (no absence codes will appear)
