The Campus Community is an online resource for all things Infinite Campus.  Within the Community you will find a well-written and constantly updated knowledge base containing everything you would ever want to know about the product.  In addition, you will find a Community Forum, with peers (Teachers, Administrators, Secretaries, etc) from around the country providing answers to common questions and helping with best practices.

Campus Instruction Module (used by Teachers)

In Campus Tools, you can access Campus Community by clicking the App Switcher icon in the upper right corner of the screen, then choosing Community

In the Campus Instruction module, you can access Campus Community by clicking Instruction in the upper left corner, then choosing Community from the menu

If you are new to Infinite Campus, you will be prompted to set up a CampusID. This is a one time process to confirm that you are able to access this resource as an employee of Columbus City Schools.  Follow the directions when prompted.  You can find more details and screenshots here:  Create a Campus ID for accessing Campus Community

      

NEW Knowledge Base!

In the summer of 2020, Infinite Campus launched an updated knowledge base. It includes:

  • Enhanced user experience – new search engine for more accurate results, which can quickly be refined by category

  • Updated navigation – outline reflects the product’s new interface and includes flags for New and Updated content

  • Instant access – content is available through the product’s Help icon and can easily be shared with others
