If any part of a student’s name, gender, date of birth, race/ethnicity, or place of birth needs to be edited, print the student’s Person Summary Report (Demographics or Summary tab) marking the changes that need to be made. Mail the report along with supporting documentation to Sue Pliska, Division of the Registrar, Central Enrollment. Note: if the supporting documentation is uploaded into Infinite Campus, mail only the Person Summary report to Sue.

Demographic information for students, parent/guardians AND emergency contacts can only be modified by the Division of the Registrar. Demographic Information includes name, gender, date of birth, race/ethnicity. Contact Information such as home and mobile numbers are changed at school. Household addresses with approved documentation are also changed at the school. |
To edit the demographic information – name or gender – for parents, guardians, and/or emergency contacts, send a request to the Division of the Registrar.
The student’s household will display in the search results.
Individual Contact numbers such as mobile numbers are stored on the individual person. To add or change a mobile number, first search for the person.
Path: Index > Census > People > Search
Select All People from the drop-down list.
Enter the name of the household member, parent, guardian, or emergency contact.
Click on the name in the Search Results.
Click the Demographics tab.
If you do not see the Demographics tab, click on Index > Census > People
Scroll down to Personal Contact Information area.
Edit the phone numbers and/or email as needed.
Comments entered will display as a red triangle beside the person on the Student Information Summary tab. The comment will display when hovering over the red triangle with your mouse.
The Comments appear in a red triangle. When hovering over the triangle, the cursor will become a question mark and the comments will display.
Click Save.
The above search can also be performed selecting All People from the drop-down list in step 2 above. |
