Enter you CCS Email address and click next:

Click Log in with single sign-on:

Choose your CCS Email account from the list, or enter it manually:

Enter your password:

Select the Certify-Confluence Support button:

Choose the category that best fits your issue. If you are unsure, you can pick the first one.
