Attendance

The key to our student's success is attendance in school.  This makes Attendance Data very important to our District.  Columbus City Schools takes attendance on all students every day. Every Minute Counts!

It is very important that all students are scheduled appropriately for attendance data to be accurate. The Attendance module contains all tools necessary to properly enter student attendance information, maintain historical attendance records and generate reports and letters related to student attendance.

Every year, to receive your Infinite Campus tool rights you must first take the Infinite Campus Knowledge Assessments and pass with an 80% or above proficiency.  Attendance tool rights are necessary to be able to enter attendance information in Infinite Campus.  Once you have passed the appropriate PSW assessment you will be given your tool rights. Note: If you take the assessment after the due date, you need to create a support ticket to have your tool rights enabled. It is also suggested that you attach a copy of the Certificate of Completion to the Campus Support Ticket.
