The Seal of Biliteracy designation has been added to the Columbus Custom Transcript. Follow the steps below to add the appropriate information to the Graduation Tab.
Enter Language Information on Graduation Tab
Index > Student Information > General > Graduation
At the bottom of the Graduation Tab, you will find the State Seal Information section. Select the Seal of Biliteracy, from the drop-list. Next, enter the date earned, and then choose the language for which the student qualifies for the Seal of Biliteracy.
Options for Success
Index > Student Information > Reports > Options for Success / JDF
This report contains a list of students who have had an Options for Success or JDF enrollment record anytime during the selected calendar year. Options for Success students must have a behavior incident/resolution indicating their assignment to O4S.
