The Transportation tab can be used to store and organize both bus and parking information.
Transportation Detail
- Start Date - This identifies date that the record was created/modified.
- End Date - This identifies date that the record was ended.
- In Bus - This is the bus that the student rides to school.
- Out Bus - This is the bus that the student rides home from school.
- In Time - This is the time that the bus is scheduled to arrive at the school.
- Out Time - This is the time that the bus is scheduled to leave the school.
- In Bus Stop - This is the where the bus picks the student up.
- Out Bus Stop - This is the where the bus drops the student off.
- Late Bus - This is the bus that the student rides home following after-school activities.
- Miles Transported - This is the total number of miles round-trip that the student is transported via the school bus.
District Defined Elements
- A.M. Route - This is the bus that the student rides to school.
- P.M. Route - This is the bus that the student rides home from school.
- A.M. Time - This is the time that the bus is scheduled to arrive at the school.
- P.M. Time - This is the time that the bus is scheduled to leave the school.
- A.M. Pickup Location - This is the where the bus picks the student up.
- P.M. Pickup Location - This is the where the bus drops the student off.
- Comments - This identifies date that the record was created/modified.
