A secondary enrollment can be created when a student is attending a Charter Non-Public school and requests transportation from Columbus City Schools. In the event that the parent decides to have the student remain in Columbus City Schools, the following process must be followed.

  1. Students that are attending a CCS school and have a secondary enrollment for transportation will need to have their enrollment confirmed by the parent. The parent needs to specify they intend for the student to remain in CCS.

  2. This can be done by phone, email or written note signed by the parent.

  3. Once confirmed/received, document the confirmation on the PLP Contact Log.

  4. Submit a Campus Support Ticket asking for the secondary Transportation enrollment to be end dated.
