The List Screen (above) displays all existing Custom Forms attached to a student.

The current state of the form is noted in the Status column.
If the document DOES NOT have an e-Signature option, there are 4 statuses:
Status | Definition |
|---|---|
 | The form contains errors that must be corrected before completion. |
 | The forms is complete and locked. No further edits can be made. |
 | The form does not contain any errors; can still be edited. |
 | The form is complete and is available for parent/guardian(s) and/or students to view on the Campus Parent and/or Student Portal. No further edits can be made. |
