All 12th grade students that have completed their exams and will not be attending school May 3126, 2022, June 1May 27, 2022 and June 2May 31, 2022, should be marked as Class Excused (CLS) for those days per Board Policy 5200.01*.
Additionally, please work with your school counselor to identify any 11th grade students that are also graduating this year. If these identified 11th grade students are not attending school on May 3126, 2022, June 1May 27, 2022 and June 2, 2022 May 31, 2022 due to having a full 12th grade schedule, they should also be marked as Class Excused (CLS) for those days.
