Welcome to Campus Instruction!

Campus Instruction is designed to collect all of the tools needed by teachers to effectively manage classrooms and instruction. This application is available to all users who have been given tool rights to it. Additional tools are available as part of the Campus Learning premium offering.



Log in:

Go to www.ccsoh.us and select Staff then the Infinite Campus link.  Enter the same username and password as your CCS email.  Every time you change your credentials it will change for Infinite Campus as well.

  • Click on the App Switcher (looks like 9 little boxes) and select Campus Instruction. 


  • You will also see an option here that says Campus Community; if you select this you have access to news, forums where you can search or post a specific question, and also the knowledge base, which includes videos, tutorials and virtual labs.


  • In the top right verify the current year and school. The log off button is also in the top right of the screen.

To open Campus Instruction, click the app switcher and select Campus Instruction in the menu that opens. Use the app switcher to return to the rest of Campus as well by selecting Campus Tools or to access the Campus Community. Be sure to Log Off when finished.

The app switcher in Campus Instruction is located in the top left of the screen. Click Tools to return to the rest of Campus Tools.

In Campus Instruction, choose the Year and School in the toolbar. You'll only need to select a Section when that context is needed, such as in the Grade Book or Roster. Other tools, such as the Planner, are not section-specific. 

The Campus Community is available to Infinite Campus users.  The following Campus Community pages are recommended for users new to Campus Instruction 


  Configure Grade Book display settings

The Grade Book tool allows teachers to determine display settings. This video demonstrates how to configure Grade Book display settings.

The Grade Book Settings can be configured by teachers to determine how student scores should display in the Grade Book. In this lesson, a teacher needs to modify display settings to focus on specific students and assignments to review student performance.

Helpful Tips 

Never log into Infinite Campus more than once IN THE SAME BROWSER!

If you cannot see all of your classes, or students in your class, try the following:

  1. Check the year at the top of the Infinite Campus page
  2. Check the school at the top of the Infinite Campus page
  3. Log out of Infinite Campus, then back in
  4. Try using a different internet browser
  5. If you are using a tablet or other mobile device, log into Infinite Campus using a computer
  6. Try clearing the browser cache
