Grading Window determines when grades can be posted to official student documents, such as Report Cards and Transcripts. Teachers can enter scores at any time, but posting grades is usually done during specific times, such as when progress reports are sent out or towards the end of terms and semesters. The Grading Window will be opened during the dates and times listed on the Mark Entry Calendars.
The annual Mark Entry Calendars are now found in the Calendars, Planners and Contacts section of the Dashboard.

Please note that approval must be granted by an Executive Director Area Superintendent for any grades to be entered by a teacher after the grade window closes. Remember, principals have the ability to make grade entries/changes on behalf of the teacher at any time during the current school year, with proper documentation. |
