All 12th grade students that have completed their exams and will not be attending school May 26June 1, 20202021, May 27June 2, 2019 2021 and May 28June 3, 20192021, should should be marked as Class Excused (CLS) for those days per Board Policy 5200.01*.
Additionally, please work with your school counselor to identify any 11th grade students that are also graduating this year. If these identified 11th grade students are not attending school on May 26, 2020, May 27, 2019 and May 28, 2019 on June 1, 2021, June 2, 2021 and June 3, 2021 due to having a full 12th grade schedule, they should also be marked as Class Excused (CLS) for those days.
