We have updated the Chromebook Distribution form in Infinite Campus that allows us to track students who receive Chromebook computers from the district to now collect E-Signatures. Follow the instructions below to enter the appropriate information for each student. |
Here is a copy of the agreement from that can provided to the parent/guardian. They do not need to sign this from as they will be eSigning in the IC Parent Portal. This is for their information only so they can verbally acknowledge that they understand the obligations outlined within the agreement form.

To move through all students quickly, the best method is to search by student ID number using the All People search (1). Choose the Forms tab (2) and click New (3).
