The CCS Help Desk Staff has developed a customer IT Self Service Page for the District.  The IT Self Service Page was intended to assist users with finding answers to the most frequently asked questions they have.  

This page contains a knowledge base with tips and tricks, application assistance, and troubleshooting steps.  To start using this area, it is recommended that you review both the "Introduction to IT Self Service" and "Finding Information in IT Self Service" documents attached to this page.  You can do a quick test by clicking in the search bar and inputting: Word, Excel, or Outlook and all documents containing that word or phrase will appear.

This is just one more way we can serve you better.
